Real Style Design was founded in 2020 in Pesaro, a coastal city in the Marche region known for Rossini, Renaissance architecture, and an emerging tech scene that surprises people who expect only beaches and ceramics.
We named ourselves Real Style because we believe the best design is real — grounded in research, honest about constraints, and measured by outcomes. Style without substance is decoration. Substance without style is engineering. We combine both.
Our team of 4 designers covers the full product design spectrum: 1 UX researcher, 1 interaction designer, 1 visual designer, and 1 design systems specialist. We do not outsource. Every pixel comes from our studio in Pesaro.

We follow a set of principles that guide every design decision. These are not marketing slogans — they are working rules our team applies daily in Figma, in research sessions, and in client conversations.
Evidence Over Opinion
When stakeholders disagree about design direction, we do not vote or defer to the highest-paid person in the room. We test with users. Research data resolves debates more effectively and fairly than authority or consensus.
Familiarity Over Innovation
We innovate in the product, not in the interface. Users should not need to learn how to use basic UI patterns. Navigation should be predictable. Buttons should look clickable. Forms should work the way forms have always worked.
Speed Over Perfection
A good design delivered on time is more valuable than a perfect design delivered late. We work in iterations: ship, measure, improve. Perfection is the enemy of launched products.
