Design Project Data: Figma file access, user research data (interview recordings, test sessions), analytics access, brand assets, content. All project data is treated as strictly confidential under mutual NDA.
Payment Data: Processed exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We store only: last 4 digits, card brand, amount, date, billing name.
Website Analytics: Plausible Analytics (cookieless, EU-hosted). No personal data collected for analytics.
Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Providing design services, processing payments, delivering files, project communication.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Tax and accounting (D.P.R. 633/1972, D.P.R. 600/1973). Invoice retention: 10 years (Art. 2220 Codice Civile).
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Security, fraud prevention, service improvement.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Marketing communications. Withdrawable at any time.
All client design files, user research data, and project materials are: (a) protected under mutual NDA; (b) accessible only to assigned team members; (c) stored encrypted (AES-256) on EU-based servers; (d) never shared with other clients or third parties; (e) retained for engagement duration plus 90 days for transition; (f) permanently deleted upon written request after engagement.
When we conduct user research on your behalf: interview recordings are stored encrypted with participant consent; personal data of research participants is pseudonymized in reports; raw research data is deleted within 30 days of project completion; published findings never contain personally identifiable information.
