Every product design engagement starts with discovery: understanding your business model, target users, competitive landscape, and success metrics. We conduct stakeholder interviews, user research, and market analysis to define the product strategy before touching any design tool. This phase typically takes 1-2 weeks and produces a design brief that guides all subsequent work.
We structure the product content and navigation before designing any screens. Site maps, user flows, and content hierarchies are defined and validated against user mental models. This prevents the most common product design failure: building features users cannot find or understand.
Low-fidelity wireframes establish the layout, content priority, and interaction patterns for every screen. At this stage, we focus on usability — not aesthetics. Wireframes are tested with users before visual design begins, ensuring we solve the right problems before polishing the surface.
Once wireframes are validated, we apply the visual language: colors, typography, imagery, iconography, and micro-interactions. The result is a high-fidelity, interactive prototype in Figma that looks and feels like the final product. This prototype is tested again with users before development begins.
Every product design engagement includes the foundations of a design system: component library, color tokens, typography scale, spacing grid, and documentation. This ensures the design scales consistently as the product grows. Developers receive a clear, organized system — not scattered artboards.
