Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We guarantee professional execution of all design services per industry best practices. If deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in the accepted proposal, we will revise at no additional cost within the agreed revision rounds.

2. Refund Eligibility

Before design work begins: Full refund within 14 days of payment.

After discovery/research phase: Refund for unstarted design phases. Research deliverables already produced are non-refundable.

After design delivery: No refund for completed and delivered design work. Usability outcomes are not grounds for refund as they depend on implementation factors beyond our control.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email studio@realstyledesign.com with subject "Refund Request." Include project name, invoice number, and reason. Response within 2 business days. Approved refunds processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days.

4. Consumer Withdrawal

Under D.lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo): 14-day right of withdrawal from contract date (Art. 52). This right is waived once design work commences with express consumer consent (Art. 59(a)).

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with delivered work, we first offer an additional revision round at no cost. If the dispute persists, we propose mediation through the Camera di Commercio di Pesaro-Urbino before legal proceedings.
