Terms Of Service

1. Parties

Real Style Design, Via Cagli 4, 61122 Pesaro PU, Italy. P.IVA: IT-XXXXXXXXXXX. These Terms govern all UI/UX design services provided by Real Style Design ("Studio").

2. Scope of Services

Professional UI/UX design services delivered digitally: UI design, UX research, product design, design systems, and prototyping. Specific scope defined in each accepted proposal.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices in EUR. IVA (VAT) at 22% per D.P.R. 633/1972. Payment via Stripe or bank transfer. 50% upfront for projects over 500 EUR. Balance due on delivery. Invoices per Italian fiscal requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

Design deliverables (Figma files, prototypes, design tokens, documentation) become client property upon full payment. Real Style Design retains the right to display work in portfolio (anonymized if requested). Our proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies remain our exclusive property.

5. Design Disclaimer

Design outcomes (conversion rates, usability scores, app ratings) depend on implementation quality, content quality, market conditions, and user context. We guarantee professional execution using evidence-based methods. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

6. Revision Policy

Essential plan: 1 revision round. Studio plan: 3 revision rounds. Agency plan: unlimited revisions within scope. Additional revisions billed at hourly rate. A revision round = consolidated feedback addressed in one iteration.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all project materials, user research data, business information, and design files. Mutual NDA available upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

Total liability limited to fees paid for the specific engagement. Not liable for: implementation issues, third-party platform changes, force majeure, or decisions made contrary to our design recommendations.

9. Cancellation

Before work begins: full refund. During project: payment for completed work plus 20% of remaining scope. After delivery: no refund.

10. Governing Law

Italian law. Courts of Pesaro. EU Online Dispute Resolution: ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. Consumer Rights

14-day withdrawal per D.lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), Art. 52. Waived once design work commences with express consent (Art. 59(a)).
